Creme Caramel

Layer the ramekins/moulds with caramel and top with (milk+eggs+sugar+vanilla extract) custard. Place in a baking dish filled with boiling water so that ramekins are half immersed and bake for 30 minutes.
Once done, cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours so that the custard is set (should be wobbly)
Serve chilled with caramel or raspberry sauce.

Peaches n Creams

No, it's not a type of moisturizing lotion, it's a dessert!

Roughly chop two peaches and cook for 5 minutes in some water and sugar/honey till it thickens. Let this mixture cool. Blend with 1 cup cream.
Chop the remaining two peaches. Layer in dessert bowl, top with peachy cream blend and serve chilled.

Puran Poli

Soak and pressure cook chana daal, drain the excess water and then mix with sugar/jaggery until it boils and cooks well. Spice with cardamom, cloves and nutmeg powder.
Make parathas with stuffing mentioned above and laced with loads of ghee!
Shamefully sinful ;)
